“While building on the expansion of outlets, we also aim to improve the quality of after-sales service.
“This move is in-line with Mitsubishi Motors Malaysia’s effort to focus on the after-sales experience for its customers,” MMM chief executive officer Tetsuya Oda said in a statement on Thursday.
He said well-trained and qualified Mitsubishi specialists, as well as the exclusive use of genuine parts would offer customers peace of mind when sending their vehicles to Mitsubishi outlets.
“Customers can expect a new level of service excellence from Mitsubishi exclusive service network, which is now fully dedicated to maintaining and servicing Mitsubishi Motors vehicles,” Oda said.

Mitsubishi facilities at EON Service Centres will no longer service Mitsubishi Motors brand of vehicles from July 1.
All owners of Mitsubishi vehicles can now visit Eon Auto Mart or Mitsubishi authorized independent service dealers for vehicles maintenance and service which are strategically located for the convenience of the owners.
The now exclusive Mitsubishi service network consists of 46 showrooms and 36 service outlets nationwide, with 24 of these being full-fledged 3S Centres.
New 3S Centres in the Central, Southern and Eastern regions, as well as in East Malaysia are in the pipeline to cater to increasing demand for sales and after-sales services.
MMM’s current line-up of vehicles include the Lancer GT and Sportback, ASX crossover, Grandis MPV, Triton pick-up trucks, Pajero Sport and Pajero SUVs.
