Mr. Letchu, 32-year-old. The preside of Handicapped & Mentally Retarded Children Center.

When he was 17 years old, the teacher of the school led him and his classmates attend to his first benevolence work.

That activity, made him regret to them. He felt that the world have too many unfair. But, he has no ability to obstruct these unbalances.

The only he can accomplish of, be the man who help to those need to be help. After that, he joined this kind activity formally. The activity included, help a fire on the spot, explain and convince problem youth, clean patients wound when after operation.

In 2003, he successful registered license of disabled center.

But he’s short of funds, he didn’t have the ability lend-lease place to be used as handicapped center.

In 2004, he met once ruthlessness reality. He had his first children.

A naturally disabled children. He almost collapsed. But never urge him to give up.

Finally, in 2007, he having some saving by himself and commonalty, he rent this currently handicapped service center. He took in some victims from the broken up family and some of the patients that had lost their memory.

Currently we already have owned 25 people. Between 3-81 years old. They have not any fund supports.

But, this is just a start point. We need volunteer helper.

We often do some activity. Certainly! The money, all is for maintaining this center of expenditure. We try accepts more persons, to help a society by all our abilities and of scope.

We are duty-bound!!
